This is a plain-language summary of how NurseTools is designed to handle data. The full privacy policy will be published here before the app launches.

No patient information

NurseTools is for your own preparation and learning, not for patient care. Please never enter patient names, record numbers, room or bed numbers, dates of birth or diagnoses. The shift checklist blocks entries that look like patient information.

No account needed

You can use the free app without creating an account. Your checklists, favorites and settings stay on your iPhone.

Purchases

NurseTools is free and has no in-app purchases at launch. If paid extras are added later, purchases will be handled by Apple through your Apple ID, and NurseTools will not see your payment details.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers and does not collect personal information. It has no forms or sign-ups.

Your facility rules

Your facility device and data policies always apply when you use any app at work.
