Email support@nursetools.app with your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Please do not include patient information. We usually reply within two business days.
Reminders do not appear
Open iPhone Settings, then Notifications, then NurseTools, and turn on Allow Notifications. Reminders only run while a shift is started in the Shift tab.
A break from my Apple Watch is not on my iPhone Lock Screen
Check that Live Activities are on for NurseTools in iPhone Settings, that "Watch breaks on iPhone" is on in the app's Settings, and that your iPhone has an internet connection. The countdown can take a few seconds to appear.
The watch and phone show different times
Open NurseTools on both devices. They sync the newest shift automatically when they connect.
Deleting your data
Everything except the Apple Watch break feature stays on your devices and is removed when you delete the app. Turning off "Watch breaks on iPhone" deletes that feature's data from our server. See the Privacy Policy.
